In Canadian Unions many officials are related to each other. If you are non-white and good at what you do, it is a career death sentence. Someone or the others relative WILL get you.

HEY! HEY!---HO! HO!
Regular union chant is Hey, Hey, Ho, Ho....this or that has to go. In CAW they say when people chant, Hey, Hey, Ho, Ho......they are referring to CAW Ho's. Birds of a feather.
